On Saturday July 15th the NEDGA Men’s team had their annual match against Dalhousie district as part of the lead up to Country Week at the Strathbogie Golf Club.
With a chilly breeze blowing and the temperature into double figures the team battled it out against the Dalhouse men.
In the end the resuls were NEDGA 231 stableford points to Dalhouse District 234 points. A great battle was had and captain Vaughan Saunders presented the Kelvin Peart trophy to DDGA captain Luke Heard.
It will be the North East turn to host the event next year,
